Approved Contractor Schemes

Parking protection Services are currently working towards ISO 9001 with ISOQAR assessment body.We aim to achieve ISO 9001 in early april 2006 .We are currently completing the SIA Approved contractors scheme.These schemes are designed to improve the parking enforcement industry reputation by introducing effective standards for the car park management companies.

Since introducing ISO 9001 in early 2005 we have introduce several new features to our service

• All sites have full site instruction which are fully agreed with our clients.
• All staff have ongoing training plans for the coming year
• Every 3 Months our sites are assessed for effectiveness of services provided through questionaires for clients.
• All staff complete a full customer service course prior to starting employment at parking protection services.
• Audits are carried out every 1 Month to discuss client needs.
• Regular client visits are arranged to discuss any issues.
• Quarterly meetings are arranged with housing association residents committees.

These are just a few of the measure we have introduced to the Parking Protection Services to improve the services we provide to our clients.We are a proactive company looking to improve  the services we provide to our clients. We hope to be full members of the Approved Contractor Scheme by early May 2006. At Parking protection Services we are regularly updating our service requirement to improve the service we deliver to our clients.
